At the beginning and end of every rental lease period, the owner and tenant review the contents and condition of the property and record signs of usage in a written report. Real estate professional Xperti challenged VOX with the task to design, build and market a web application that helps agents keep track of the condition of properties over time, and that can that’s easy to use on mobile devices by property experts on-site. Reports, contracts, rules and regulations, … real estate agents deal with a large amount of administration. VOX designed and developed the web and mobile application XPERTI for estate agents and syndicate managers to make it easier for them to manage and maintain properties by streamlining their administrative workflow.
The application centralizes and personalizes the administrative process on a multilingual web platform, fully synchronized and ready to go on every mobile device. Creating new property files, drafting condition of rental reports, signing documents and archiving dossiers has never been easier thanks to the UX app design.
