The mission
A public administration wanted the convenience of a conversational assistant over its internal knowledge base, without a single byte of that data reaching a third-party cloud. We designed and deployed a fully on-prem retrieval-augmented pipeline — sovereignty as an architectural constraint, not a marketing claim.
